Executed in partnership with Tsalach Construction for seamless integration into the build.
The House Lights and Plugs Installation project in Dolingkroof, Centurion, was a key component of a new residential build overseen by Tsalach Construction. Our team stepped in to design and install a comprehensive electrical system, starting with the striking chandelier you see in the image—a centerpiece that blends style with functionality. Beyond aesthetics, we wired multiple recessed lights for even illumination and added numerous plug points to meet the client’s needs for modern living. Safety was paramount, with all wiring adhering to SANS 10142 standards, and our work reflects the quality that clients like Jane appreciate: “Their work was amazing. The whole team were fabulous.” This project laid the electrical foundation for a comfortable, well-lit home.

Collaboration Success
Coordinated efforts with Tsalach Construction ensured the electrical system aligned perfectly with the construction timeline.
The implementation began with a detailed site assessment alongside Tsalach Construction to map out the electrical layout. Our team started by installing the chandelier, securing it to the ceiling with reinforced mounts for safety and stability. Next, we ran concealed wiring for recessed lights, ensuring a clean finish within the ceiling design. Simultaneously, we installed multiple plug points along the walls, testing each connection for voltage and grounding. The process involved precise measurements and coordination to avoid interference with ongoing construction, wrapping up on March 11, 2025.
The Dolingkroof project presented challenges typical of new builds. Construction debris, as seen in the image, posed a risk to delicate wiring and equipment. Our solution was to establish a clean work zone, using protective covers and scheduling tasks around construction phases. Another hurdle was aligning our electrical timeline with Tsalach Construction’s progress, especially with the ceiling still under development. We adapted by pre-planning fixture placements and using temporary supports for the chandelier during installation. Our proactive communication and attention to detail, ensured a smooth resolution to these challenges.
